Derek is an expert at implementing the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite. Derek has experience with all aspects of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite. This includes core applications, Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management and Atrium CMDB,  as well as Service Level Management and BMC Remedy Knowledge Management. He is also an expert on reporting tools such as BMC Dashboards and Analytics for BSM, and Crystal Reports.

In addition Derek has worked extensively with the Remedy Action Request System and has experience developing complete custom applications,  as well as customizations, extensions, and integrations with the BMC ITSM Suite. Derek is an avid reader with a preference for Science Fiction, Fantasy, and History.
