He has proven capability to manage consultants and to lead teams of clients, consultants, and partners to successfully deliver business solutions. Responsible for leading and developing the Salesforce.com team, Mike’s Direct experience includes IT strategy, technology implementations, program and project management, business process improvement, and organizational design. Having worked in the CRM space for 12 years, Mike has implemented SFDC for over 40 clients.
