Our financial information is distributed under a limited basis to beneficial owners of our shares who are on record with our transfer agent or can prove to the company they are beneficial owners of the shares. We do not distribute information to brokers holding shares in street name.
If you are a beneficial owner holding in street name and wish to receive the financial information provided to our shareholders please contact [email protected]. We will provide you instructions for how you can receive information by providing proof that you are a beneficial owners or registering you as a shareholder of record with our transfer agent. Once that process is complete we will send you the most recent set of financial information which was distributed to the owners of our stock.
