As CEO and President, Mr. Misra is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and overall leadership of the organization. Mr. Misra joined Emtec in November 2009 as Chief Strategy and Delivery Officer. Prior, Mr. Misra was a vice president at Getronics (now part of KPN and Compucom) leading their consulting division. Prior to his role at Getronics, he held a number of senior executive roles with global responsibilities at Unisys including vice president and managing partner. Mr. Misra has also led several other global business lines for Unisys, including the Real Time Infrastructure unit, the Document Management, and Workflow business and a systems integration practice. He is a recognized industry expert in the areas of security and privacy, infrastructure, software as a service, and cloud computing. Mr. Misra was a winner of a National Merit Scholarship and received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) in New York. In addition, Mr. Misra serves as a member of the Board of Directors, elected in February 2012.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Agarwal has responsibility for Emtec’s Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development functions overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. He joined Emtec in 2023, with over 20 years of experience in implementing successful strategies which drive outstanding financial performance. Previously, he led the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development teams for Emids, a healthcare-focused, PE-owned, IT services company. Prior to Emids, he served in numerous financial leadership roles including CFO of UST Global, CFO of Xavient Information Systems, and Head of Finance/Investor Relations for Patni Computers. Mr. Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (USA), and completed AMP from Harvard Business School.

As Chief Accounting Officer, Ravi Kumar Chennupati leads Emtec’s Finance and Accounting teams with responsibility for Emtec’s financial budgeting and planning processes, corporate governance, financial reporting, and statuary/tax compliance. Prior to joining Emtec in 2012, Mr. Chennupati served as a Solution Architect and Project Manager for numerous multinational and multilingual SAP ERP implementations for clients across the manufacturing, professional services, retail and agriculture sectors. Earlier in his career, he provided statutory /internal audit services for Brahmayya & Co., a Chennai-based audit firm. Mr. Chennupati brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance and accounting as well as ERP consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.

As Chief People Officer, Liz. Smith leads Emtec’s Global HR team with responsibility for overall HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement & experience. Mrs. Smith has served in the capacity of Chief Human Resources Officer for global digital consultancies for over 15 years. Most recently, as the CHRO for Mobiquity, she was responsible for their talent development and acquisition strategy as well as building the infrastructure to support a thriving culture. Prior to Mobiquity, she served as a Partner for LiquidHub and previously served as the Global Head of Human Resources and Corporate Operations for Alliance Global Services for 10 years. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees and is the President of the Alumni Association Board for her alma mater, Franklin and Marshall College.
Sachin Ghaisas is the Managing Partner of Emtec's Digital Services division & Head of Emtec's Global Delivery Centers. Emtec's digital services division is dedicated to providing innovative and end to end transformational services via digital technologies to empower clients to achieve their business objectives and remain ahead of their competition. He also carries the mandate to increase the Global Delivery footprint across Emtec’s entire service portfolio. Prior to Emtec, Mr. Ghaisas was Director of Services at Saba Software where he led a Professional Services team who supported Saba’s consulting practice. He brings rich global experience spanning 25+ years in the IT services industry including various delivery management and pre-sales solution architect roles at Accenture. Mr. Ghaisas holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.

As Managing Partner of Emtec’s Infrastructure Services division, Mr. Goodall is responsible for executive leadership and management of all aspects of Emtec's infrastructure services business including Enterprise/End User Computing Services, ITSM solutions, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure Managed Services. He has over 30 years of direct experience in the IT Services and Cyber Security industries serving in multiple executive management roles for companies ranging from Silicon Valley backed start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises to Venture Capital firms.

Prior to joining Emtec, Mr. Goodall served as Vice President of both sales and service delivery units at CompuCom/Getronics, CEO at RedSiren (a global managed security services company), Vice President Legal and Cyber Risk Solutions at UnitedLex, and other senior executive positions in several leading IT services global firms. He is a graduate of Indiana University.

As CEO of Wave6, an Emtec subsidiary, Rich Rivara leads the go-to-market strategy, business development and marketing activities for Wave6. With deep experience that includes 18 years with professional services firms including Appirio and Fujitsu, Rich is among the best in the business at delivering the value-driven solutions and outcomes-based results that lead to deep, trusted relationships with clients of all sizes and industries. Rich holds a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University.
Mr. Warner, as Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions, manages Emtec’s Commercial Infrastructure practice, ITSM practice and Canadian operations, providing advisory, implementation and managed support services focused on the Office of IT. Prior, he served as Emtec’s Chief Knowledge officer, managing an advisory team that helped clients evaluate their business and technology requirements to recommend appropriate technology solutions. Mr. Warner has strong experience in business application architecture, infrastructure architecture; Network infrastructure; Storage and Data Protection solutions; Federated Identity solutions and Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity Processes and Solutions. He has consulted on, and led infrastructure architecture initiatives for a wide range of industries including US Federal Government, Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Gaming & Hospitality, Healthcare and K-12 education. Mr Warner has over 25 years’ experience in the information technology industry with over 18 in consultative, advisory and strategy roles. He holds MBAs in Information Technology Strategy & Finance from New York University and a BSc Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Castleman joined Emtec’s board as Chairman in 2022. He is the former CEO of Mobiquity, a digital consulting firm for leading banking, healthcare, and consumer brands with offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Castleman joined Mobiquity in 2016 and led the expansion and ultimate sale of Mobiquity to Hexaware Technologies in 2019. He was President and CEO of Alliance Global Services from 2008 to 2015. Alliance Global Services was acquired by EPAM in 2015. Prior to Alliance, Mr. Castleman worked for several technology services and venture capital firms including Elemica, Safeguard, and Internet Capital Group (Actua). He currently serves on the board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, a Philadelphia-based non-profit.
Mr. Desai served as Emtec’s Executive Chairman of the Board from August 2005 to September 2022 and served as Emtec's CEO from 2005 to 2020. Prior to August 2005, he was the Chairman and CEO of DARR Global Holdings, Inc., a management consulting firm. Prior to DARR, Mr. Desai was President, CEO, Co-Chairman, and an owner of Western Sky Industries, a privately-held manufacturer of proprietary component parts used primarily in aerospace applications. Western Sky grew from approximately $3 million in revenues to over $170 million prior to being sold to McKechnie in 1999. Before Western Sky, Mr. Desai spent twelve years with American Can and Arco Chemical in various management positions. Mr. Desai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India, and a Masters of Science Degree in both chemical and industrial engineering from Montana State University. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University. Mr. Desai is also founder and president of the SSBD Desai High School which provides education to underprivileged children in Gujarat, India.

Forrest Compton is Vice President, Investments at Kelso and Company. Mr. Compton is active in numerous firm investments. Prior to joining Kelso in 2014, he spent the preceding two years in the Financial Sponsors group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Compton received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Hank Mannix is Partner, Investments at Kelso and Company. Mr. Mannix leads Kelso’s healthcare practice and focuses on its investments in the business services sector. Prior to joining Kelso in 2004, he spent the preceding two years in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Mannix received a B.S. in Math and Economics, magna cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Explore Schools of Brooklyn, four public charter schools located in Brooklyn.
Tim Duffy is Vice President, Investments at Kelso and Company. Mr. Duffy is active in numerous firm investments. Prior to joining Kelso in 2017, he spent the preceding two years in the Leveraged Finance group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Duffy received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech.
Alec Hufnagel is Partner, Investments at Kelso and Company. Mr. Hufnagel is focused primarily on investments in the business services sector and previously spent time on Kelso’s energy sector efforts. Prior to joining Kelso in 2008, he spent the preceding two years in the Leveraged Finance group of Deutsche Bank. Mr. Hufnagel received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Rick Johnson is a Senior Executive Advisor for Emtec focused on M&A initiatives and strategic projects. Mr. Johnson was previously Emtec's Chief Financial Officer and responsible for Emtec’s Finance and Legal / Compliance functions. He joined Emtec in 2015, via the acquisition of Summit Technology, with over 20 years of IT Consulting industry experience. Previously, as Summit Technology’s Business Operations Director, he oversaw daily operations, recruiting, and resource management as well as contributed to client account and project management. Prior, as a Partner with CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), Mr. Johnson managed national operational teams including financial performance and analysis as well as IT recruiting and resource management for multiple service lines including Oracle/PeopleSoft and Management/Strategic Consulting Practices. As an Assistant Director for Capgemini’s national Oracle practice, he led resourcing and financial analysis. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Athens State University.
Siva Arunachalam is a Senior Executive Advisor for Emtec. Mr. Arunachalam was previously Emtec's Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of Emtec’s Global Managed Services division. Prior to Emtec, Mr. Arunachalam was a sales leader at Accenture where he had responsibility for growing Accenture’s Technology Consulting practice in the mid-west region. Prior, he had global P&L leadership responsibility at Cognizant for the Automotive vertical. He has also held P&L leadership positions at Syntel and TCS over his 28 year career. Mr. Arunachalam holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
