Dinesh R. Desai

Dinesh R. Desai
President, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Desai has been Emtec’s Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President since August 2005. Prior to August 2005, Mr. Desai was the Chairman and CEO of DARR Global Holdings, Inc., a management consulting firm. Prior to DARR, Mr. Desai was President, CEO, Co-Chairman and an owner of Western Sky Industries, a privately-held manufacturer of proprietary component parts used primarily in aerospace applications. Western Sky grew from approximately $3 million in revenues to over $170 million prior to being sold to McKechnie in 1999. Before Western Sky, Mr. Desai spent twelve years with American Can and Arco Chemical in various management positions. Mr. Desai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India, and a Masters of Science Degree in both chemical and industrial engineering from Montana State University. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University.

 
 
Gregory Chandler

Gregory Chandler
Chief Financial Officer and President of Application Services Division
Since May 2009, Mr. Chandler has been Emtec's CFO. Mr. Chandler previously served as the Managing Director and Group Head of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC’s Business Services Investment Banking Practice. Prior to that, Mr. Chandler was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising companies in restructuring their back office financial operations. He has been an Independent Director of Franklin Square Investment Corp.(also known as FS Investment Corporation) since 2008 and also serves as a Director of The Enterprise Center, an non-profit organization. Mr. Chandler received his MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is also a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he has been a part of Emtec’s Board serving and previously served as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2005 through 2009. Mr. Chandler will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.

 
 
Sunil Misra

Sunil Misra
Chief Strategy and Delivery Officer
Mr. Misra joined Emtec as the Chief Strategy and Delivery Officer in November 2009. Prior to November 2009, Mr. Misra was a vice president at Getronics leading their consulting division. Prior to Getronics, he held a number of senior executive roles with global responsibilities at Unisys including vice president, managing partner and chief security advisor for the Unisys Worldwide Enterprise Security Practice. Mr. Misra has also led several other global business lines for Unisys, including the Real Time Infrastructure unit, the Document Management and Workflow business and a systems integration practice. He is a recognized industry expert in the areas of security and privacy, infrastructure, software as a service, and cloud computing. Mr. Misra was a winner of a National Merit Scholarship and received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from RPI in New York.

 
 
Brian Mandel

Brian Mandel
Executive Vice President, Public Sector
Joining Emtec in March 2010, Mr. Mandel is responsible for maintaining and expanding Emtec’s Public Sector (Federal, State, Local Government and Education). Mr. Mandel brings over 20 years of sales and management experience within the Public Sector to Emtec. Prior to joining Emtec, Mr. Mandel was Executive Vice President of Public Sector for Keane, Inc, a systems integration and consulting company. Prior to Keane, Mr. Mandel worked at Unisys Corporation where he served clients in the public sector in a variety of roles culminating with his position as Vice President and Managing Partner within Public Sector. Over the entire duration of his 13 year tenure at Unisys, he held various positions within the consulting services business including program leadership, geographic leadership and operational leadership. Mr. Mandel graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and received an MBA from Villanova University, both conferred with high honors.

 
 
Ron Seitz

Ron Seitz
Executive Vice President, Education
Since March 2010, Ron Seitz has been Executive Vice President of Education. From May 2009 to March 2010, Mr Seitz was President of Federal Sales, Education Sales, Operations and Purchasing, Technical Services and Delivery. Mr. Seitz has held positions including President of Emtec Operations, President of Emtec Southeast Operations, President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice-President, Executive Vice President of Emtec-NJ, and Chief Operating Officer of Emtec-NJ. He has been a director of Emtec-NJ since April, 1995. Mr. Seitz was the founder of Charleston, SC-based Computer Source, Inc. (CSI). CSI merged with Landress Information Systems of Mt. Laurel, NJ to become Emtec-NJ. Prior to founding CSI, Mr. Seitz was employed as an engineer with the U.S. government in Washington, DC. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and from George Washington University with an MBA in computer science. Mr. Seitz also holds a DMD degree from the Dental School at the Medical University of South Carolina.

 
 
Ron Seitz

Jeff Clapper
Executive Vice President, Commercial Sector
Mr. Clapper joined Emtec in July 2011 as Executive Vice President, Commercial Sector. He is responsible for overseeing direct sales and marketing efforts for the commercial sector. Prior to joining Emtec, Mr. Clapper was the Vice President of Direct Sales for Financial Services at Accenture. During his tenure with Accenture, he was responsible for developing a multi-pronged go to market strategy and leading an extended team of sales professionals for the Technology Growth Platform. Prior to that role, Mr. Clapper worked for several other leading organizations, including Unisys Corporation and IBM. Mr. Clapper graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Masters of Industrial Administration.
