Tim Stratton - Managing Director Global ITSM Services- Emtec
 

Mr. Stratton is a seasoned professional Consultant, having worked in the field of IT Service Management (ITSM) for the past 15 years. He has been employed by several prominent consulting organizations in Canada and helped clients throughout North America define their IT Service Management programs. He currently holds the position as Managing Director of Emtec’s Global ITSM Services, where his abilities with client relationships and Project Management are a winning combination. Mr. Stratton’s Computer Science Engineering and Technology diploma, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification, certified Remedy™ trainer and Six Sigma Training, has allowed him to successfully contribute to many client-based strategic objectives for improvements in IT infrastructure Service Management. His depth of experience allows Mr. Stratton the ability to exploit current technology, anticipate future demands, and provide clients with effective solutions.

Renee-Claude LaFontaine - Conseiller Senior en Gestion des Services des TI
 

Détentrice d’un baccalauréat en sciences de l’administration des affaires (B.A.A.) ainsi que d’une majeure en finance, Madame Lafontaine est reconnue pour son orientation clientèle, son sens de l’innovation et son expertise probante dans les relations clientèles. Elle cumule plus de 20 années d’expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des services des TI tant sur le plan de la technologie même, de l’analyse, de l’optimisation, de l’organisation du travail que de la gestion propre aux centres de services. Durant les 18 années passées chez Bell, et depuis maintenant 2 ans chez Emtec, elle a occupée tour à tour des postes en gestion d’équipe de services clients, en vente conseil stratégique auprès de clients de grande envergure et, pendant les 12 dernières années, a occupée le poste de Conseiller Senior en Gestion des Services des TI.

Ses derniers mandats visaient l’évaluation de la maturité des processus de gestion des technologies, le développement et la mise en œuvre de processus de gestion basé sur le cadre de travail international ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) et l’accompagnement pour la conformité à la loi C-198 (équivalent de la loi Américaine Sarbanes-Oxley).

Madame Lafontaine est aussi une ressource d’importance au niveau de la formation. Elle est gestionnaire des services TI (Master ITIL) et est détentrice d’une accréditation particulière lui permettant d’offrir la formation ITIL. Elle est diplômée par la firme américaine Pritchett & Associates pour la conduite de leur programme de formation et d’accompagnement sur la gestion du changement en entreprise. À ce jour, plus de 1500 conseillers, directeurs de centre de contacts et centres de services et gestionnaires des TI ont participé à ses sessions de formation.
