Mr. Stratton’s Computer Science Engineering and Technology diploma, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification, certified Remedy™ trainer and Six Sigma Training, has allowed him to successfully contribute to many client-based strategic objectives for improvements in IT infrastructure Service Management.
