We likewise offer clients ongoing training opportunities for skills and knowledge upgrades and new product and process introductions. We are currently developing a more extensive and regularized training offering.
ITIL V3 Training
This Emtec seminar program helps raise awareness and knowledge of ITSM and ITIL, the associated concepts and their potential – and establishes a common understanding of how they can be successfully applied in your organization. Led by Emtec ITIL experts, the program helps initiate service management improvements within an organization by providing a starting-point to align management and staff towards best-practice based ITSM improvement initiatives. The seminar provides a comprehensive overview of ITSM processes, including goals, key terms, metrics, implementation and key considerations. It also provides a forum in which participants can explore the applicability of ITSM and ITIL within your organization. It even prepares participants to pass the ITIL Foundation exam.
