Adrienne Bouleris, Corporate Counsel

Adrienne Bouleris, Corporate Counsel for Emtec, Inc. since 2009, is corporate generalist attorney with substantial in-house legal experience. She specializes in complex contract negotiations, employment law matters, dispute resolution, and government contracting. In addition, she advises on company matters involving mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, lease reviews, service contracts, and compliance matters. Bouleris has headed Emtec’s Legal Department since 2012, creating corporate policies and providing company and departmental training.

Prior to joining Emtec, Bouleris worked for Brian V. Ebert, P.C., where she played a critical role in supporting a broad range of civil litigation cases, mostly involving businesses and employment issues. During this time, she also served as a program manager and legal advisor for a start-up firm, The Financial Literacy Group; providing guidance and management on issues such as business formation and multi-state registration.

Bouleris served the public sector for the US Department of Treasury at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where she handled financial advisories and community outreach, as well as the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, where she focused on consumer protection and dispute resolution.

Licenses & Degrees

Bouleris is a member of the New York State Bar and has a Corporate Council Certificate from the Virginia State Bar Association.

She earned her law degree from George Mason University School of Law where she served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Economic Policy.

Ms. Bouleris received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
