Emerging Solutions Dedicated to CSR, Urges others

(OTCQB: ETEC) company and leader in Information Technology (IT) consulting services, today announced that its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, focused on having a positive impact on society, is addressing the needs of many organizations this year including Children’s Memorial Hospital and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Rather than give out material gifts for the holidays, Emerging Solutions is honoring employees and clients by making donations on their behalf to the two charities. The company is an avid supporter of these and other charitable foundations annually, and its employees routinely volunteer their time and skills to help local communities.

In addition to implementing its own successful CSR program, Emerging Solutions is dedicated to helping other companies better understand how to garner support and implement their own initiatives. Speaking at a recent event hosted by the Business Marketing Association of Chicago, Andee Harris, senior vice president of marketing for Emerging Solutions presented on “Giving Back through Corporate Responsibility.” This talk highlighted the importance of corporate responsibility and the best practices companies can employ to make a valuable impact on their local communities. Harris underscored the importance of CSR programs especially in the wake of government and social service programs having trouble keeping up with growing community needs.

“Our company truly understands the need for community involvement and we were proud to take part in this event to further educate other professionals on the importance of companies working together to make a positive impact within their local communities,” said Harris. “It is critical that companies take more responsibility given the continued decline of involvement from the government and social service programs. Their needs are steadily on the rise, and without help from the corporate world their initiatives cannot be met. ”
