Emtec Completes Divestiture of Staffing Unit to First Tek

Radnor, PA – Emtec, Inc., a leading provider of technology-empowered business solutions for world-class organizations, announces an agreement with First Tek DOS, LLC, that was effective January 17, 2014, whereby First Tek acquired the assets of Emtec’s staffing business unit and assumed responsibility for its ongoing operations.
