Emtec, Inc. Builds Momentum with Strategic New Hires

Springfield, NJ. – Emtec, Inc. (OTCQB: ETEC) (“Emtec” or the “Company”), a systems integrator, today announced that it has appointed Chris Hughes as the company’s new Canadian Country Manager and Siva Arunachalam as its Managing Director of the Application Development, Maintenances & Support (ADMS)/Application Outsourcing practice.

Mr. Hughes is based out of the Ottawa, Ontario office and is positioned to work with the sales and delivery teams to enhance the company’s brand and grow the sales of the broader Emtec portfolio of services in Canada. He brings over 25 years of experience in managing Information Technology (IT) services sales and delivery. For the past eight years he served as President and CEO for the Canadian Division of a US-based firm, Vangent Canada.

Mr. Arunachalam has over 25 years of experience in sales and delivery management of IT services to Fortune 100 clients. Prior to joining Emtec, he served as Client Services Director at Accenture where he drove sales and business development for IT Consulting, Systems Integration and Outsourcing services to the Financial Services sector. As the leader of the company’s ADMS business Mr. Arunachalam will be responsible for driving the strategy, business plan, and execution of the practice’s initiatives.
