Emtec Raises Growth Capital

Radnor, PA. – Emtec, Inc., a leading consulting firm providing industry specific transformative digital solutions, today announced that it completed a round of growth capital with New Partners: MB Financial and Star Mountain Capital, and received an additional investment from NewSpring Capital. Proceeds from the round were used to finance both the acquisition of Lucidity Consulting Group and to fund long-term growth.
