Luis Castillo
EPM Infrastructure Manager

Luis is the EPM Infrastructure Manager for Emtec. Luis has over seven years of implementation Hyperion applications including Hyperion Enterprise 6.4-6.5, Hyperion System 9.3 – 11.1.2 Planning, Hyperion System 9.3 – 11.1.2 Essbase, Hyperion System 9 – 11.1.2 Financial Management, Hyperion System 9 – 11.1.2 Financial Data Quality Management and Hyperion Reporting and Analysis including the Fusion release of all Hyperion software, database management (Oracle 10g & 11g, SQL Server 2000-2008), and possesses strong technical skills across various platforms using custom and delivered tools. Luis has also worked in several complex installations where High Availability, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) were required and were implemented successfully. Luis has extensive practical experience in all phases of the system development lifecycle; including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, detail design, construction, testing, and production support.

Len Romano
Senior EPM Specialist

Len has over twenty years of experience with Enterprise Performance Management applications ranging from software selection, implementation, application administration and use as an end user, solution consulting, partner management, sales and project management. As a Senior Hyperion Performance Management Specialist and Project Manager, Len has been guiding clients in achieving process enhancements and value by leveraging his years of experiences with Hyperion Performance Management software. He has been leading teams developing, implementing, and providing production support for financial management applications. Len has led teams in all phases of the development lifecycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing projects in the Performance Management space. Len is a finance professional and has real-life experience working for a Fortune 500 company within a business unit, corporate accounting and finance, global budgeting and delivering an executive information system. He also worked for Hyperion and Oracle.
