Emtec’s ClearCARE^® studied Everde Growers' entire business process by performing a top down decomposition model and created a unique design based on the discrete manufacturing industry to implement Oracle EBS 11i and eventually upgrade to Oracle EBS R12. Everde Growers stabilized quickly post go-live, hitting a steady state phase within a year and completely realized ownership of the system during the project.

Eventually, Everde Growers transitioned to Emtec’s hosting services to receive 24x7 monitoring, issue resolution and enhancements for a comprehensive managed services package. For example, Everde Growers continued to leverage ClearCARE’s customized training classes as needed. It now has a complete managed services solution with a single partner that significantly simplifies its IT support model.

Emtec’s ClearCARE^® managed services helped Everde Growers onboard with multiple acquisitions within the Oracle EBS system over a 10-year timeframe, which helped the company streamline business systems across its various locations. Everde Growers also migrated to Emtec’s hosting services several years ago to receive 24x7 monitoring of the systems and training so it could better focus on future growth. It wanted to focus on growing its business and leave the system management and maintenance to Emtec.
