Emtec migrated the hosting of Tivity Health’s PeopleSoft application from a major hosting and hardware provider into the Emtec Cloud data center. Emtec then upgraded the PeopleSoft application from version 9.0 to 9.2 with the latest PeopleSoft Updates (PUM) releases applied. During the upgrade, Emtec streamlined integration with Taleo Enterprise and deployed many new features of the upgraded software.
Emtec is currently hosting the company’s full suite of PeopleSoft 9.2 applications, including HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self Service.
After Tivity Health realized benefits from the new outsourcing arrangement, it enlisted Emtec to also host its Oracle EBS system. The managed services agreement included a fixed fee hosting, infrastructure, and DBA managed services bundle which included specified service levels and an annual allocation of application support hours.
Emtec utilized the existing PeopleSoft infrastructure and network connectivity to host Tivity Health’s EBS Production environment and subsequent Non-Production and Disaster Recovery environments. Emtec then met with Tivity to ensure specific auditing requirements were incorporated into Emtec’s existing SOC/SSAE procedures.
