Business Problem : TransUnion utilized SAP’s SuccessFactors cloud solution for their talent management needs and the solution was not meeting their expectations. SuccessFactors was extremely difficult to use. Integration was complex, data was difficult to access and there was not enough power in their users’ hands to effectively do their jobs.
Solution : Emtec utilized its rapid deployment model along with its proprietary Oracle Cloud Mapping Tools to get the company up and running on the new applications quickly.
Results : Through the HCM Cloud deployment to over 4000 employees globally in 33 countries, managers were empowered and given control within the performance process, thus reducing their dependence on HR while allowing HR to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
