Mr. Desai has been Emtec’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since August 2005. Prior to August 2005, Mr. Desai was the Chairman and CEO of DARR Global Holdings, Inc., a management consulting firm. Prior to DARR, Mr. Desai was President, CEO, Co-Chairman and an owner of Western Sky Industries, a privately-held manufacturer of proprietary component parts used primarily in aerospace applications. Western Sky grew from approximately $3 million in revenues to over $170 million prior to being sold to McKechnie in 1999. Before Western Sky, Mr. Desai spent twelve years with American Can and Arco Chemical in various management positions. Mr. Desai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India, and a Masters of Science Degree in both chemical and industrial engineering from Montana State University. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University.
As President and COO, Mr. Misra is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and overall leadership of the organization. Mr. Misra joined Emtec in November 2009 as Chief Strategy and Delivery Officer. Prior, Mr. Misra was a vice president at Getronics (now part of KPN and Compucom) leading their consulting division. Prior to his role at Getronics, he held a number of senior executive roles with global responsibilities at Unisys including vice president and managing partner. Mr. Misra has also led several other global business lines for Unisys, including the Real Time Infrastructure unit, the Document Management and Workflow business and a systems integration practice. He is a recognized industry expert in the areas of security and privacy, infrastructure, software as a service, and cloud computing. Mr. Misra was a winner of a National Merit Scholarship and received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) in New York. In addition, Mr. Misra serves as a member of the Board of Directors, elected in February 2012.
Mr. Chandler joined Emtec in May 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Emtec, Mr. Chandler served as the Managing Director and Group Head of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC’s Business Services Investment Banking Practice. Mr. Chandler also was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising companies in restructuring their back office financial operations. He serves on the Board of Directors of FS Investment Corporation and the RBB Funds, and on the Board of Trustees of FS Energy and Power Fund. Mr. Chandler received his MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is also a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he has been a part of Emtec’s Board serving and previously served as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2005 through 2009. Mr. Chandler continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
John Senatore, as Managing Partner of Emtec's Enterprise Consulting Practice, is responsible for offering guidance and executive leadership around business and technology transformations through Oracle solutions, including its cloud-based applications. He has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise applications, performance management and business analytics.
Prior to joining Emtec, Mr. Senatore held positions at various consulting firms, including Consulting Services Group LLP, Rolta International, Inc., CSC and BearingPoint, where he developed a breadth of experience with Oracle’s enterprise wide solutions. He has an MBA from Babson College, a Master’s Degree in Industry Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Boston University.
Rachana Jain joined Emtec in February 2012 as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She now heads Emtec’s Global Human Capital Group which includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Resources and Training and Development. Ms. Jain has over 15 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, HR, Training and Operations in the IT/Consulting industry. Prior to joining Emtec, Ms. Jain was with Accenture for seven years where amongst other roles, she was the Recruitment Lead for Technology Sales in North America. She also served as the Capabilities and Reporting Lead and was a key member of continuous improvement projects and panels for recruitment delivery and processes including the offshore BPO. In addition to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, Ms. Jain has deep experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Improvement Methodologies, Social Media Recruiting Strategy, vendor management, channel sales, business development and enablement. Ms. Jain has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, India and is a certified Professional in Human Resources from SHRM.
Mr. Krauthamer is Emtec's Chief Revenue Officer. Prior he served as the Executive Vice President of Emtec Digital Services and Chief Executive Officer of Intelenex, Inc. (acquired by Emtec in 2015). Mr. Krauthamer has served as a CIO and has extensive experience implementing large scale Cloud ERP, HCM, CRM, Supply Chain and Engineering systems in a broad array of industries. He has managed the implementation of global networks and enterprise data architectures. He has taught university level courses in Information Technology and has been a key industry contact for the Wall Street Journal, Computer World and PC Week. Mr. Krauthamer holds a B.S. in Computer Science and has completed executive programs at Stanford and California.
Scott Curry is the Vice President of Sales for the Enterprise Consulting Practice that includes Emtec's Oracle and Infor practices. Mr. Curry has more than 15 years’ experience in the ERP application solutions, consulting, and technology space. As a former CPA, Mr. Curry has a broad background including accounting, consulting, sales engineering, inside sales, field sales, channel sales, and sales management. He has direct experience working with high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, clean technology, capital equipment, software, services, multichannel distribution, consumer products, pharmaceutical, medical device, gaming, media, advertising and social networking companies. Prior to Emtec, Curry held sales and sales management positions at Intelenex, Oracle, NetSuite, and DAZ Systems. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds a BS in accounting.
Rahul Jain, as Assistant Vice President of Emtec's Enterprise Consulting Practice and Bangalore center head, is responsible for leading the Oracle Practice in Bangalore across all Oracle SaaS and PaaS offerings. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience with Fortune 500 enterprise customers in North America and Europe.
Prior to joining Emtec, Mr. Jain was at Oracle Corporation for over 17 years, in which he held multiple leadership positions in the Consulting and Managed Cloud Services divisions of the company, where he helped organizations transform and optimize their businesses and realize the ROI on their Oracle investments. He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and has an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad as well as an Electronics Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering.
Sachin Ghaisas is the Vice President of Digital Services & Head of Emtec's Global Delivery Centers. His business unit is dedicated to providing innovative and end to end transformational services to our marquis clients to achieve their business objectives and remain ahead of their competition. He also carries the mandate to increase the Global Delivery footprint across Emtec’s entire service portfolio. Prior to Emtec, Mr. Ghaisas was Director of Services at Saba Software where he led a Professional Services team who supported Saba’s consulting practice. He brings rich global experience spanning 22 years in the IT services industry including various delivery management and pre sales solution architect roles at Accenture. Mr. Ghaisas holds a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering.
As President of Wave6, Mr. Lewis sets the strategic direction for Emtec’s Wave6 subsidiary, focused on providing services around the Salesforce.com platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business application consulting, having played a major role in the selection, implementation, upgrade and development of ERP, CRM and BI applications across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Computer Science from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Mr. Warner, as Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions, manages Emtec’s Commercial Infrastructure practice, ITSM practice and Canadian operations, providing advisory, implementation and managed support services focused on the Office of IT. Prior, he served as Emtec’s Chief Knowledge officer, managing an advisory team that helped clients evaluate their business and technology requirements to recommend appropriate technology solutions. Mr. Warner has strong experience in business application architecture, infrastructure architecture; Network infrastructure; Storage and Data Protection solutions; Federated Identity solutions and Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity Processes and Solutions. He has consulted on, and led infrastructure architecture initiatives for a wide range of industries including US Federal Government, Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Gaming & Hospitality, Healthcare and K-12 education. Mr Warner has over 25 years’ experience in the information technology industry with over 18 in consultative, advisory and strategy roles. He holds MBAs in Information Technology Strategy & Finance from New York University and a BSc Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
Adrienne Bouleris, as Corporate Counsel for Emtec since 2009, serves as an in-house attorney specializing in complex contract negotiations, employment law matters, dispute resolution, and compliance issues. Additionally, she advises on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial leasing, and service contracts. Ms. Bouleris has headed Emtec’s Legal Department since 2012, creating corporate policies and providing company and departmental training to employees. Ms. Bouleris has written and spoken on legal topics relating to intellectual property, contract negotiation, outsourcing, compliance, litigation risk management, and financial literacy. Ms. Bouleris is an active member of both the Virginia State Bar and the New York State Bar. She holds a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law, a Master of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
As Client Partner Director, Mr. Hatfield is responsible for leading Emtec’s efforts to develop and maintain long-term relationships at strategic accounts. Additionally, Mr. Hatfield leads Emtec’s Go-To-Market for Emtec’s Utilities division. Prior to his roles at Emtec, Mr. Hatfield was a founder of Lucidity Consulting Group (acquired by Emtec in 2015) where he was Managing Partner of the firm. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen where he practiced as a CPA. Mr. Hatfield then spent several years as Controller for the Dallas Cowboys Football Club prior to starting his consulting career with Arthur Andersen and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Mr. Hatfield has a BBA from Texas A&M University.
